Rickys Welding Inc provides a one-year warranty on any manufacturing defects for footwear and six months for apparel and accessories from the date of purchase purchased from Rickys Welding Inc or a Rickys Welding Inc authorized retailer.
Rickys Welding Inc warranty program does not cover defects due to improper fit, everyday wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence.

What Does the Warranty Cover?
Ricky’s Welding’s warranty covers all of our welding services and products. This includes any welding repairs and any new components or supplies we provide.
Our warranty guarantees that all our work is of the highest quality and will hold up for its intended purpose. We also guarantee that our welding products and supplies are of the highest quality and defects-free.
How Long Does the Warranty Last?
Ricky’s Welding’s warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase or completion of services.
If any welding repairs we make fail within one year of completion or any welding components we provide fail within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace them for free.
Eligibility for Warranty Coverage
To be eligible for Ricky’s Welding’s warranty coverage, customers must provide proof of purchase or a receipt for the services offered.
Proof of purchase must include the date of purchase and the customer’s name. In the case of welding repairs, customers must also provide proof of ownership of the item being repaired.
What Is Not Covered by the Warranty?
Ricky’s Welding’s warranty does not cover any damage caused by improper use or maintenance of our welding products or services.
It also does not cover any damage caused by natural disasters or other external forces. Our warranty does not cover any products or services third parties provide.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your welding products or services provided by Ricky’s Welding are not functioning as expected, please get in touch with us at your earliest convenience.
We will then assess the problem and determine if our warranty covers it. We will repair or replace the product or service for free if the problem is hidden.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Rickys Welding Inc Corporation (“Rickys Welding Inc ”) warrants that its footwear products will be free from manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase, and its apparel and accessories products will be free from manufacturing defects for six months from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to Rickys Welding Inc products purchased from Rickys Welding Inc or a Rickys Welding Inc -authorized retailer unless otherwise prohibited by law.
Rickys Welding Inc products are legitimately sold only by authorized sellers who must follow Rickys Welding Inc’s policies and procedures. Rickys Welding Inc reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers about products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites.

Under no circumstances shall Rickys Welding Inc be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract, or strict liability.
